Handwriting page packs

If you're not happy with a page pack, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full, provided you've used no more than 5 pages of it. After 14 days, or once more than 5 pages have been used, packs are not refundable. But if the service failed to work for you, tell us and we'll put it right.

API subscriptions

You can cancel an API subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have used less than 10% of your monthly credits, we'll refund that first payment in full.

Subscriptions bought through an API marketplace such as RapidAPI are billed and refunded by that marketplace, under its own policy.

Failed requests

Requests that fail on our side are never charged, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
