Handwriting plans

You can cancel a handwriting plan at any time from Manage your subscription. It stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.

If you're not happy, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, provided you've used no more than 5 pages. Later monthly payments aren't refundable. But if the service failed to work for you, tell us and we'll put it right.

API subscriptions

You can cancel an API subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have used less than 10% of your monthly credits, we'll refund that first payment in full.

Subscriptions bought through an API marketplace such as RapidAPI are billed and refunded by that marketplace, under its own policy.

Failed requests

Requests that fail on our side are never charged, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your invoice number. You can also ask Link support, which handles payments for orders on docvolta.com as Merchant of Record. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
